How long does it take to complete an order?

Orders take approximately 2-3 business days from the time of order to receive.

Can I cancel my order after making payment?

Orders can be modified/cancelled within 24hr’s of purchase. After 24 hrs, the order can no longer be canceled, modified, or exchanged.

I made a mistake during my order. What can be done?

We are not responsible for incorrect order details including wrong addresses. Orders can be modified within 24hrs of being placed, and payment is complete. Customers can contact customercare@ajuziehair.com.

I am in a hurry. Can you deliver my order faster?

Unfortunately, we cannot expedited order processing. We highly recommend that you plan your salon appointments with consideration of your order delivery dates.
