How long does it take to complete an order?
Orders take approximately 14-21 business days from the time of order to receive.
Can I cancel my order after making payment?
No. Once payment is complete, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged.
I made a mistake during my order. What can be done?
We are not responsible for incorrect order details including wrong addresses. Orders cannot be modified once placed, and payment is complete. Refused orders will not be refunded.
I am in a hurry. Can you deliver my order faster?
Unfortunately, we cannot expedited order processing. We highly recommend that you plan your salon appointments with consideration of your order delivery dates.
