What is your refund policy?

 We do not accept returns on hair that has been altered from the original packaging in any way. All hair returns must have the original tags and security seal still attached in original bundles and packaging .We do not accept returns of hair that have been damaged, installed, or worn. Hair that has been altered in any way will NOT be accepted.This is policy has been created and will be adhered due to maintain healthy precautions . REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED.If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can exchange (within three business days) or receive a store credit.  We will not grant any refunds/exchanges on hair that has been altered from the packaged state in any way. All exchange requests must be made within three business days of receipt.We offer one exchange per original order.

Ajuzie is not responsible for returns that are lost or delayed in the shipping process. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON SALES/SPECIALS. All SALES ARE FINAL

 

Returns and Exchanges

According to Federal Laws and Regulations, one can NOT return human hair products that have been used.We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns and federal law.Note that using non -recommended products , perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement, if it applies.   If Ajuzie LLC verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way,Ajuzie LLC will then exchange or replace the item.
 If Ajuzie LLC does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without an replacement  of product. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health requirement. Products must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.

 

NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS),  CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.

 

I want to exchange my Hair, what are the steps?

Once we receive your request for an exchange, we will reply with instructions. You must contact us before sending your return . The exchange for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

We do not offer multiple exchanges. We do not offer exchanges if you do not like the specifications of which you chose and ordered, this includes but is not limited to size, color, length, style.

If you are granted an exchange or store credit you must meet the following terms and conditions, there are no exceptions:

You must contact Ajuzie Hair within 48 hours of receiving your unit at customercare@ajuziehair.com. All approved exchanges or store credit offers must have an approval code issued before the return of the item will be accepted.

The unit must be returned in the same condition it was received. You must not alter the unit in any way, that includes but is not limited to the following:

 

NO EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT IF:

The zip tie on your bundles has been cut

If there are signs that the hair has been worn or manipulated in anyway.

Hair must be in its original packaging and form zip ties and security seal attached. There are NO EXCEPTIONS,

 Replacements
We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Natural hair is usually maintained with a simple wash and deep conditioning and product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing those  simple care regimen. However, if you feel you've received a product that is unusual please notify a Customer Care Specialist via email (customercare@ajuziehair.com) within 48 hours from the date you received your package. 

Limitation of Liability
Ajuzie LLC, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. Ajuzie LLC will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Ajuzie LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Ajuzie LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

  Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

Yes,our customers are are responsible for all return shipping costs.
